- Attacks / Disruption: DDoS, brute-force attempts, scraping that harms service performance, vulnerability probing without permission, or any disruption of our infrastructure or other servers/networks.
- Cheating & Exploitation: Using any product or service in a way intended to cheat, grief, or exploit gameplay in a manner that harms other players or violates server rules/third-party policies.
- Payment Abuse: Filing false, fraudulent, or bad-faith payment disputes or chargebacks, including through Amazon Pay or any other payment provider, without first making a genuine attempt to resolve the issue with us directly.
3. Responsible Use of Products
- Follow Server Rules: You are responsible for complying with the rules of any server where you use resources.
- Follow Third-Party Rules: You must comply with any applicable terms from third-party platforms (including FiveM/Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Amazon Pay, and others where relevant).
- License Respect: You may only use products within the scope of the license provided at purchase and/or described on the product page. Any use outside that scope is prohibited.
